Bindweed Farm is a small regenerative farm operating on Sinixt təmxʷúlaʔxʷ in Vallican, BC, a stone's throw from the Slocan River. We produce eggs, garlic, vegetables and culinary herbs in a system of extensive crop rotation including the use of cover crops as forage for our laying hens, in order to maintain healthy, thriving hens and soil. Visit our self-serve egg stand anytime year-round for big, brown, beautiful farm fresh eggs (cash only). Find us at markets and festivals throughout the region from late summer into fall selling over 30 specialty varieties of garlic, as well as small-batch, handmade garlic powder, scape powder and other unique seasoning blends produced using herbs and garlic from the farm.
